End of the Season 2009
Well the end of 2009 here atleast the season. Been a bad year for me got problem with spare engine when the main broke, got the engine running perfect early july? Dont remember :)
Crashed it on a demo in the begining of August after that I didnt have founds to comptete I broke the budget. I think I have improved alot on some part of the driving, been practicing at the things I am bad at, the hardest now is perfect upshifts and dont loose speed since my 300hp.
Well to summon up this year,
1 major crash ($$)
1 engine rebuild ($$)
1 Demo
7 practices (1 on a real circuit, 6 on airstrips)
I just got through 45-50tires and thats pathetic not enough seattime.

Wheel alignment done
I have been to däckladan today and made a wheel alignment. Since my tensionrod broke I had to use the standard items I got a shitty caster and a soggy feel in steering, we will see this weekend how my driving will be affected.
Anyway the car goes straight anyway :D

Car is on four wheels and runs smootly.
The car is running smoth I am waiting for a new K-sport coilover from Raidopower.com but it can be driven alittle but needs alignment since the wheels on the right is not pointing straight to much toe-out.
Well not so much to tell that I am now really skint and the plan is to practice locally rest of this year.

Drift crashes in Sollefteå
Hello we did a really cool driting show at the pauses in the hillclimb competition in Sollefteå Sweden.
The track was short with 4-5 bends.
We started under the bridge with 2 tight bends and after that you came out on the big lefthander which proved to be the hardest since you had to go flat out on the third gear and after that you had to take down speed and drift into the three tight second gear bends before you reached the finish line, the compition cars drove it under a minute.
The layout was really scary since it was on the public road with curbs and lampposts etc, me, Henrik "dirtrider" and Joel Yveborg drifted for about 10sweeps.
The problems came when I was stepping up the pace with thirdgear. After the big thirdgear lefthander you had to take down speed, I came to fast and smashed my wheel and front bumper in the curb, next sweep i crashed the rear bumper got smathe same spot ;)
The last corner I comming in and doing 7000rpm on the thirdgear which should be 90km/h I thought I should take it easy and take down the drift and drive straight the last 30meters before the bend but somehow the car understeers and i smash the car so badly in the curb and after that hit the guardrail I thought the car is done.
Everything in the front right wheelarch is bent and both rota wheels are destroyed I had to run on a lorry to get home.
I said to the other guys to take it easy but dirtrider wanted to make a one more time, the last bend he flipped and broke his nissan cefiro.
Anyway the season my not be over I have bought spares and repaired everything except the wheels and coilover but Raidopower.se was so nice so they are getting me a spare from Asia that is going with airmail to me.

Race report from Lycksele Sweden
We are here and its raining, we came here to Lycksele unloaded the car from the transport, we got soaking wet while unloading. We walked to the place where we was supposed to drive, it looked horrible the road was bumpy and it was small and a really bad layout, we walked towards the trailer and put it up on the transporter again and left for food.
So we are not going to compete at all but look at the contest since we have driven 190km.
Going to write more when I get home.

Long time since and update what happend, the engine that i bought and put in had pistonring failure so I had to waste alot of money and time to build my old engine, I got alot of problems with leakage etc when the engine was built, first water leackage the waterpump was broken :( after that my oilpump went bad and I had to change that aswell.
Had to skip 2drifting compitions etc and 3practice days on midsweden track. Well its middle of July and I have tested the the car 2 times on practice day in Sättna raceway (Sundsvall) and one time on kubbe airfield I am still sorting out some minor issues but I will attend on the first comp. in Lycksele 21/7.
Are going to set up the wheel aligment on monday that will sort out many problems :).

Enginebay is 99% done :D
Ok then now is the enginebay 99% done just need to install the oilcooler and make brackets for the watercooler.
Finally it has taken a while, I will start her up to night and setup the timing and do a compression test, since this is a new engine.
The season starts 14april when the first training starts near stockholm 560km from home. I want to take it to motornord to check Lambda/AFR and put it on rollers to see how many bhp I got but first i need to see if it goes alright, much todo in so short time.

New clutch and superlight driftworks flywheel.
Hello Just got the clutch + bearings and a driftworks ca18det chromolly flywheel 5kg! I have done alot on the engine etc next week will the engine+gearbox be lowered in the car.
Hope to have a running car in February.
More items is on the shopping list this year, but the car wont be improved I want the car to work the whole season.
